Product Information
We take care to describe our clothing and trend products as accurately as possible. Colours may appear slightly different on your screen than in real life, and sizes, measurements and fabrics may vary slightly between production batches. Please check the size guide, material details and care instructions on each product page before ordering, as fit can differ from brand to brand. Accessories or other items shown with a product in photos are sold separately unless stated otherwise. Availability may change without notice, and we may correct errors in prices or product descriptions at any time.

Orders, Prices and Payment
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase, which we are free to accept or decline. We may cancel an order in the event of limited stock, pricing mistakes, technical problems or suspected fraud, in which case any payment already made will be refunded in full. The price shown at the time of ordering applies, VAT is shown at checkout, and orders are dispatched only once full payment has been received.

Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Delivery times and shipping costs are set out in our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled according to our Refund and Returns Policy and applicable German and EU consumer law. For hygiene reasons, items such as underwear, swimwear and earrings may be excluded from return once their seal or protective packaging has been removed, and personalised or custom-made items may also be excluded from the right of withdrawal where the law permits. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights, including your right of withdrawal and your warranty rights.

Intellectual Property and Customer Content
All content on our website, including texts, images, logos and designs, is owned by Flowzy UG or its licensors and may not be used for commercial purposes without our written consent. If you send us a review, photo or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it for marketing purposes and confirm that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our website may use third-party services such as payment providers and shipping partners, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of Liability
We accept full liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract.
